Why we started
Modern fatherhood is brilliant — and brutal. Becoming a dad reshapes identity, relationships, sleep, work, and self. For too many men, it also unlocks a quiet kind of loneliness no one warned them about. We started Dads Group because the antidote to that isn't more advice — it's other dads.
We promote positive parenting for fathers and father figures and give new dads the support and connection they need. Our early-intervention approach links new fathers with positive social relationships and easier pathways to health services when they need them.
